STAC Foundation is a voluntary, non-profitable, non-political, and non-government organization
duly registered under the Societies Registration Act, XXI of 1860 of Bangladesh.

The Executive Committee meets regularly to oversee strategy, finances, and programme implementation. All decisions are taken in compliance with the Societies Registration Act and the Foundation’s own Bye-laws.
